New Partner of the Association — FCHAIN

As many IT companies operating under the Virtual Zone regime continue expanding internationally, they increasingly face practical issues related to cross-border operations, distributed teams, international hiring, accounting, compliance, and tax matters in different jurisdictions. Addressing these challenges correctly requires qualified financial, accounting, and legal support — professionals who understand both the opportunities of the Virtual Zone and the realities of operating across borders.

In this context, the Association of Georgian Virtual Zone Persons has signed a memorandum of cooperation with FCHAIN — an international company specializing in financial, HR, and business support services for international businesses.

Founded in 2002, FCHAIN operates in more than 20 countries, including Georgia. The company provides services in accounting, international HR support, Employer of Record (EOR), tax consulting, and operational business support.

For Virtual Zone companies, the following areas may be particularly relevant:

 Employer of Record (EOR) and international outstaffing: support for international teams and engagement of specialists across different jurisdictions without the need to establish legal entities in each country.

 International tax and accounting support: assistance with financial reporting and accounting processes in accordance with the requirements of foreign jurisdictions.

 International compliance matters: support related to regulatory requirements and mitigation of operational risks associated with international business activities.

For the Association, partnership with FCHAIN is especially important as the company provides valuable international expertise and practical support for technology businesses operating globally, including companies working under Georgia’s Virtual Zone status. 

The partnership is intended to provide Association members with practical expertise related to international operations and business development. Special partnership conditions and additional benefits will also be available for Association members.
