On May 2, 2025, the Association of Georgian Virtual Zone Persons and Just Advisors successfully held a closed webinar for Association members titled “Legal and Tax Issues for VZP Companies”. The event attracted active participants eager to explore the legal and tax aspects of operating Virtual Zone companies.

Giorgi Zhuzhunashvili, attorney and tax advisor from Just Advisors, provided an in-depth look at working with international clients and methods to avoid double taxation, as well as guidance on navigating Georgia’s complex tax system for Virtual Zone company owners.
